Prices
All retail prices shown are net ( taxes, duties and shipping excluded) and subject to change without notice. In order to improve our products, we reserve the right to change specifications and descriptions at any time without prior advice.
Terms
We accept Visa / Mastercard / PostePay / PayPal and bank transfer in advance. Freight charges will be added to each order and custom fees would be on the receiver.
Freight
All orders within Euro Zone will usually be shipped Ground unless otherwise specified. All orders shipped EXW Casazza (BG).
Freight Claims
We carefully inspect all our products before shipping them. All claims for loss or damage are to be made by the customer to the freight carrier; we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.
Returns
All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery date. Returns must have written authorization from Rebuffini Cycles; no returns without authorization will be accepted. A 20% handling fee will be charged to restock parts. The 20% handling fee will not be charged if the return is the result of defective merchandise or an error on our part. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and packaged correctly; customer is responsible for products damaged during shipment due to improper packaging. Absolutely no packages will be accepted for return if shipped to our charge.
If upon inspection, return parts are determine to be defective, we will replace or repair at our option. We will not accept for return any product that has been modified or damaged due to improper installation.
How to obtain return authorization
Contact Rebuffini Cycles at tech@rebuffini.com to obtain authorization to return the part. Send part to us at the address below, together with a letter describing the problem. You must prepay all shipping cost.

State law rights
All Rebuffini® Cycles’products are not DOT approved. Some of our products are TUV approved. It is responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the products sold by Rebuffini® Cycles for his or her use. The installation of our parts may void your factory warranty. The installation of some Rebuffini® Cycles parts may violate federal or local law when operating your vehicle on public highway. It’s the sole responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product. Rebuffini® Cycles has no control over the usage of any part. Rebuffini® Cycles expects all users of its products to exercise good judgement as the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any parts. Rebuffini® Cycles will not be held responsible for incidental damages arising from or in connection with the use of any part sold by Rebuffini® Cycles.
Warranty
If your Rebuffini Cycles product is defective in material or workmanship and you return it to us within 60 days from the date of purchase, we will replace it or, at our option, repair it at no charges to you. If we repair the defective part, we may use reconditioned replacement parts or materials. If we replace it, we may replace it with a reconditioned one of the same design.
Chrome-plating
The chrome finish on Rebuffini® Cycles products is of the highest quality but to ensure its longevity it must be maintained properly. Salt, sand and humidity are bad for chrome. If you ride the motorcycle in these conditions and do not clean and dry the chrome parts, the life of the chrome will be shortened. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or waxes. Remember to use extreme caution when installing chrome billet aluminium parts; chrome finish is very fragile.
